Job Description:**Option:**
The incumbent shall be responsible for the following:
* Provision and timely delivery of all requisite technical documentation, including drawings, manuals, and instructions.
* Execution and diligent monitoring of the quantity surveying process for all phases of work.
* Management and tracking of documentation pertaining to claims and variation orders.
* Ensuring consultant review and approval of all drawings, documentation, and records utilized.
* Preparation of a comprehensive time schedule comparing executed work progress against the planned schedule.
* Diligent follow-up on client invoice payments and maintenance of a detailed payment log.
* Preparation of monthly reports detailing invoice status and completed work.
* Preparation and verification of the accuracy of invoices for both clients and subcontractors.
* Review and tracking of the project timeline, along with effective project cost control.
* Review and monitoring of material requests, ensuring effective control of material takeoff for construction purposes.
* Detailed study and preparation of project contract documents, including the time schedule, design drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
* Preparation and submission of variation orders and claims to the project consultant throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensuring that the site team is informed of updated drawings and specifications.
* Preparation of as-built drawings upon project completion and handover to the project consultant.
* Creation of 3D Presentations.
* Determining and characterizing suitable pumps for the irrigation network, designing irrigation networks and preparing hydraulic calculations for them.
Skills:
- BSc degree in Agriculture Engineering.
- Experience 3: 5 years in the same role in construction companies.
- Must have infrastructure & Landscape experience.
- 2D and 3D Drawing Skills.
