Job Description:The Kitchen Equipment Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of kitchen and beverage equipment within the hotel, ensuring continuous, safe operation and minimizing operational disruptions. This includes performing planned preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, calibrating temperature controls, maintaining accurate records, sourcing parts, and coordinating with various departments. Furthermore, the Technician will actively support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives while adhering to all safety regulations. Successful candidates will possess strong diagnostic skills, proficiency with technical documentation and diagnostic tools, and a comprehensive understanding of refrigeration theory and food safety procedures. Effective communication, prioritization, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
