Job Description

  • Inspect, clean, maintain and repair all kitchen, refrigeration, mechanical and electrical installations, and systems.
  • Check daily temperatures of all refrigerated stores and inspect the respective condensing units for proper function.
  • Carry out scheduled calibration of all refrigeration equipment’s including walk – in – Freezers / Chillers and specified kitchen equipment’s as per DM / HACCP standards.
  • Coordinate with Facilities Lead / Asst. Facilities Lead in all Electro-mechanical related works, ensuring that all deficiencies in equipment operation and defects are attended and completed in a timely manner
