Job Description:**Job Responsibilities:**

The incumbent will be responsible for the delivery of the prescribed curriculum, demonstrating a comprehensive and current understanding of the subject matter. This includes the planning and execution of engaging lessons designed to motivate students, the creation and utilization of appropriate learning materials and classroom environments to accommodate diverse learning styles, and the provision of written evidence of lesson planning and preparation upon request.

The incumbent will also be required to establish and maintain accurate records pertaining to curriculum, yearly plans, attendance, teaching resources, assessment plans, and other relevant documentation. Furthermore, the incumbent will assess, record, and report on the academic development, progress, and attainment of students, utilizing assessment data to ensure curriculum alignment with individual student needs. Promotion of student well-being and provision of guidance on educational matters are also essential components of this role.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

Candidates must possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in English and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. Degrees obtained from distance and open universities will not be considered. A minimum of two years of teaching experience within the CBSE and IGCSE curricula is required. Experience within the UAE is preferred. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in information technology and possess strong interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Jolly Phonics is essential.
