Job Description:L’Oréal, a global leader in the beauty industry with consolidated sales of €42 billion, invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Key Account Supply Chain Executive. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director in KSA, the successful candidate will collaborate with a team of 13 professionals, primarily local, to drive demand-driven supply chain excellence and contribute to L’Oréal’s mission of creating beauty that moves the world.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Demand Planning:** Manage product catalog, oversee sales forecasts, and ensure alignment between commercial forecasts, financial trends, and sales history.
* **Operational Excellence:** Optimize information, physical, and financial flows across the supply chain to improve flexibility, reactivity, and reliability.
* **Risk Management:** Ensure compliance with Quality, EHS, Finance, and Supply Chain standards, while integrating external regulations.
* **Collaboration:** Proactively engage with Sales and Marketing teams to challenge and consolidate promotion and launch forecasts.
* **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in enhancing sales forecast practices and contribute to the advancement of the supply chain within the business.

**Required Qualifications:**

* A track record of innovation, strategic thinking, people development, integration, and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Demonstrated ability to foster a demand-driven supply chain with a focus on service excellence.
* Comprehensive understanding of Quality, EHS, Finance, and Supply Chain standards, including the integration of external regulations.
* Proficiency in utilizing business data for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in Operations with a proven ability to anticipate business activity and act proactively.
