Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Works with supplier marketing departments, company trade marketing & sales departments, as well as his assigned customers departments to make decisions resulting in growing our business.
- To ensure distribution objectives for specific SKUs are achieved as per sales plan
- To ensure a high standard of presence and merchandising for key products in the trade
- Identify target outlets, negotiate and implement promotional activities at the highest possible standard
- To recommend appropriate level of credit and duration to trade accounts as per standard policies and procedures
- To ensure collection through pro-active evaluation and management of receivables in order to achieve collection target as set by sales management
- Understands retailer perspective and aligns same with company perspective via information gathering, mapping out of account strategy and developing the appropriate action plans to improve business results per category and per brand for assigned customers.
- Conducts and leads negotiations for the annual company business development agreements.
- Leverages trade spending and proposes, develops tailor made promotional activities per customer with the objective of increasing monthly, quarterly and annual business results.
- Carries out quarterly business reviews, monthly sales progress reports, market studies and promotional calendar planning and execution per assigned category, brand and outlet.
- Builds and manages top-to-top positive business relation with customers assigned.
- Performs detailed analysis of trends and progress of brand shares, category sales, promotion evaluation and volume performance per outlet and customers assigned
Skills
Requirements:
- BA or BSc degree holder from a well-known university.
- 2-5 years FMCG sales and marketing knowledge and experience preferred.
- Has a solid presentation and negotiation skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic & English
- Team player and result oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
- Possess an analytical and logical thinking process
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver target within tight deadlines
- Creative problem solving
- Strong team player
