Job Description:
- develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product specifications align with client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on key account performance and market insights.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or account management within the manufacturing industry,
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and products related to civil engineering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven experience as a key account manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
