Job Description:

  • develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product specifications align with client requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on key account performance and market insights.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or account management within the manufacturing industry, 
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and products related to civil engineering.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven experience as a key account manager
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
