The successful candidate must have extensive HORECA/FMCG/F&B bakery experience. Excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Will handle the key account clients, open new businesses, meet sales revenue targets and be able to expand the business in UAE and GCC are for a B2B and B2C businesses.
- Identify the business opportunities and conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Build good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, which helps in maintaining existing customers and providing support, guidance, and recommendation for a new type of product.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Assist the customers with their requirements for the product development based on their preferences and evaluate activity based on feasibility and profitability.
- Review the customer’s orders and give them feedback on the achievement of volume targets and discuss solutions to achieve growth.
- Conduct product presentation, food tasting, and handling demo based on the customer requirements.
- Negotiate the price, costing, product mix, and logistics with the customer.
- Handle customer complaints and implement recovery actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist finance team with the customer payment issue and cheque collection.
- Cold calling customers and arrange meetings to prospect for new business.
- Must have 5+ years of sales experience in HORECA/FMCG/F&B Bakery in UAE
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Computer literate with Microsoft experience and knowledge of CRM system
- University degree
- UAE Driving license is mandatory
