Job Description:**T&N Group is seeking a qualified Key Account Manager to spearhead the growth and strategic development of our online and retail operations. This pivotal role entails serving as a primary liaison between diverse, productive teams within the e-commerce department and retail branches.**
**We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and executing effective communication strategies, and ensuring optimal team satisfaction.**
**Responsibilities:**
* **Act as the principal point of contact for designated teams, facilitating clear and efficient communication.**
* **Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insightful analysis to relevant teams.**

Skills:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven e-commerce experience.
- Relevant Background: +3 years Demonstrated experience as an account executive/ account manager within E-commerce stores/retail.
- Technical Skills, Digital Marketing: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Language Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Arabic.
- Education: BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
