Job Description:
1 – Generate leads & identify potential clients within the Hospitality or HORECA industry.
2- Conduct cold calls, outdoor visits and meetings to establish the relationships & introduce our products to prospective customers.
3- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
4- Collaborate with Corporate Sales Manager to create sales, visits plan and execute it effectively.
5- Conduct product demonstration and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
6- Prepare regular reports sales, visits, quotes.
7- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
Job Specifications:
1. Experience in B2B sales (Must), preferably within the HORECA industry, with a strong operational focus with minimum 3 years’ experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
3. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
5. Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field is a must.
8. Strong (Power Point) presentation & Excel skills.
