Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Supervisor at Grupo AJE located in 6th of October. The Key Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Key Account Management, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Interact and communicate with the Modern trade main distributors and client regularly through continuous market visits to determine changing requirements and preferences.
- Ensure that all SKUs are available at all the branches of key accounts , HORECA and Ecommerce ,channels Day by day.
- Maintain and expand new and currant customers network in all channels based on company plans .
- Monitor stock levels and take necessary actions in case stock levels are low by making needed orders to provide customers with required SKUs either via direct shipment from the factory warehouse or through the central branch of the customer.
- Coordinate with Customer Service department to perform new sales orders on SAP system and follow up for on-time delivery.
- Make maximum recommended shelf price by ensuring that actual price is equivalent to recommended price.
- Ensure that the company products possess fair shelf share and shelf placement.
- Ensure execution of the recommended company planogram and POSM; Point of Sales Material.
- Send daily route plan to direct manager to report daily visits.
- Receive merchandizing reports for the prices, qualities, offers and promotions of the company brands as well as the competitors.

- 3-7 years of Key account experience with FMCG .
- Building good relationships with customers.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
- Previous experience in the beverage or FMCG industry with key accounts , HORECA and E commerce Channels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in English is plus and Spanish is preferred.
- Residence in Cairo or nearby 6th October city.
