**Summary:**
The Guest Event Expert is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of banquets and events, contributing to a memorable and unique guest experience. This role encompasses a variety of functions, including setup, breakdown, supply transport, order taking, and guest interaction. The ideal candidate will prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and the capacity to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Successful performance in this role is critical to ensuring positive guest experiences and business success. Additional reasonable job duties may be assigned as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Education:** High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
* **Related Work Experience:** Less than 1 year of related experience.
* **Supervisory Experience:** None.
* **License or Certification:** None.
