Junior Technical Support Engineer – Fresh Graduates Program

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive training on the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of cash handling machines and related security systems.
• Assist in providing first-line technical support to clients (banks, CIT companies, retailers).
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision.
• Support in deploying and maintaining software applications used in cash processing and reconciliation.
• Document service interventions and report technical issues internally.
• Work with senior engineers on technical projects and field assignments.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Communication) or equivalent technical discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience (internships or graduation projects related to electronics/mechanics are a plus).
• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in technical support and service operations.
• Good understanding of electromechanical systems or embedded electronics.
• Basic knowledge of IT/software support is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Must be residing near or able to commute daily to New Cairo (North 90 Street).

Ability to work in both office and field environments.
