We are looking for a Junior Social Media Specialist to be responsible for assisting in the creation of posts and publishing content on all social media platforms.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, good analytical skills, and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, publish and share new content.Come up with new strategies and content ideas.Monitor customer engagement, and come up with conclusions.Handle community management.Benchmark competition.Follow up on visuals to be sent out from the team and the designer.Follow the calendar of the month closely.Work with the team in an agile environment.
Job Requirements :
1 – 2 years of experience.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent certificate.Advanced knowledge of social media platforms.Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.Ability to generate and read reports.Fluent in English.
