Job Description:The candidate will provide assistance in the preparation and review of technical drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects; coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are fulfilled; support the preparation of quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material submittals; monitor project progress and report on site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules; review and verify shop drawings and as-built drawings for accuracy and completeness; assist in the resolution of technical issues and the provision of solutions to site challenges; maintain organized project documentation, including reports, correspondence, and records; ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on site; participate in site inspections and quality control activities; and collaborate with the technical office team to optimize project workflows and deliverables.
