**Principal Accountabilities:**

* Assist senior R&D personnel in the formulation and testing of new cosmetic and body care products.
* Contribute to the collection and analysis of data pertaining to current market trends, consumer preferences, and innovative ingredients to support product ideation.
* Participate in the stability and safety testing of product formulations, meticulously documenting results and proposing improvements.
* Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product objectives and maintain alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
* Maintain detailed and organized records of formulations, testing protocols, and compliance requirements for all products.
* Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of local and international cosmetic regulations and assist in ensuring product compliance.
* Assist in the gathering and analysis of consumer feedback during product testing phases to facilitate improvements in formulations and product features.
* Provide support in researching and evaluating new raw materials and suppliers, ensuring quality and safety in all formulations.
* Remain current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to contribute novel ideas to the team.
