JUNIOR ARCHITECT (Al Ula)

COMPETANCE & BASIC FUNCTION

To plan, develop, and implement designs, and to compile feasibility reports, determine environmental impact, create project proposals, estimate costs, determine timelines, and oversee construction processes.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion, exterior to interior according to each project’s requirements.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Work closely with Design/Project teams to coordinate design, tender, pre-site work and at project/job site
• Reporting to Senior Management on-site activities, including schedule, design & delivery
• Ensuring the projects is carried out within budget, schedule and quality expectation
• Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule
• To review shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance; documenting code review and compliance; communicating and coordinating with management, and clients
• Proactive in problem-solving to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel.
• Maintain the working procedure and safety. Handle in project submission and interior work processes
• Maintain and establish close relations with clients and provide feedback to them
