Job Description: **Option 1 (Focus on Responsibilities):**
The candidate will be responsible for independent development of secure and optimized code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements, and contributing to architectural decisions that ensure long-term system integrity. This includes conducting peer code reviews, promoting coding best practices, and mentoring junior engineers to foster a robust engineering culture. The candidate will also identify and resolve complex application issues, maintain comprehensive technical documentation, and recommend improvements to existing Java infrastructure. Furthermore, the role encompasses designing and building high-volume, low-latency applications while ensuring adherence to mission-critical functions and systems. Continuous support will be provided throughout the development lifecycle through objective analysis of application design, core functionality, and user requirements. Finally, the candidate will remain informed of functional alternatives and emerging technologies, submitting recommendations for review to improve existing standards.
