Job Description:Help AG seeks a meticulous and dedicated IT Technician to provide on-site IT operational support, including hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance. The successful candidate will execute field activities encompassing site surveys, server and network device setup, cabling and labeling, and assistance to engineers during deployment and testing phases. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys and documenting device inventories, assisting with physical IT equipment preparation and installation, performing cabling and patch management, supporting installation and basic configuration of IT equipment and security agents, participating in functional testing and site readiness validation, maintaining accurate site documentation, and adhering to health, safety, and compliance standards. Required qualifications include a diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field, coupled with one to three years of experience in IT support, field services, or system installation. Experience or certification for accessing energy sites, along with safety and health certification for critical sites, is highly desirable. Demonstrated hands-on experience with server and network hardware setup, a basic understanding of operating systems and virtualization, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to travel frequently, and effective communication and teamwork abilities are essential. Preference will be given to candidates proficient in Arabic.
