Job Description:**الخيار:**
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for: identifying and resolving computer problems in collaboration with employees; managing the daily operations of the IT department; ensuring the protection and security of data storage and other essential resources; assisting with the installation of new hardware and software and providing employee training; addressing technical queries via phone and other channels; efficiently troubleshooting technical issues; testing new products, conducting routine maintenance checks, and staying abreast of information security best practices; providing support for WAN and LAN network connectivity and related network issues; analyzing network activity and problems to proactively identify and prevent systematic errors; supporting fingerprint machines and attendance systems; and providing support for security and administrative systems.
Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
- Good to have the following courses (A+, N+)
