Job Description:The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
* Investigate and resolve software and hardware malfunctions.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, encompassing account creation and network settings.
* Elicit pertinent information from clients to facilitate efficient problem identification.
* Monitor computer system incidents through their resolution, adhering to established service level agreements.
* Guide clients through a sequence of steps, via telephone, email, or online chat, until technical resolutions are achieved.
* Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams, such as software development, as required.
* Deliver timely and precise communication to clients regarding their inquiries.
* Consult internal knowledge bases and external resources to furnish appropriate technical solutions.
* Maintain comprehensive records of all reported issues.
* Prioritize and concurrently manage multiple active cases.
* Conduct follow-up communication with clients to verify complete restoration of IT system functionality post-troubleshooting.
* Generate precise and punctual reports on activities.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including notes and manuals.
* Cultivate positive professional relationships with clients.
