Job Description
· Provide technical support for network-related problems, hardware, software and CCTV.
· Install and configure computer systems, software applications and LAN.
· Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
· Follow-up with IT vendors regarding products and services.
· Prepare activity reports.
Skills
· 7-12 years of proven experience as an IT Technical Support.
· Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, CCTV, printers and networks.
· Experienced in Microsoft Windows, Windows domain environment and MS 365.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Languages: Arabic AND English.
· Immediate join. (Must be based in Saudi Arabia)
