About the RoleAs an IT Systems Engineer (Networking & Cloud), you will take ownership of designing, maintaining, and securing network and cloud systems that connect our regional operations. You’ll manage enterprise-level LAN/WAN environments, implement hybrid AWS/Azure solutions, and ensure business continuity through proactive monitoring, automation, and robust security controls.This position demands hands-on expertise, problem-solving precision, and the ability to align technology performance with business goals.???? What You’ll DoNetwork Management & Connectivity • Administer enterprise-level LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and routers (Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Sophos, pfSense, etc.) • Configure and manage VLANs, QoS, and VPNs (Site-to-Site and Client) for seamless multi-site communication • Maintain high availability, redundancy, and network performance monitoring via Zabbix, PRTG, or ManageEngineCloud & Hybrid Infrastructure • Deploy and manage AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM) and Azure (VMs, NSGs, VPNs, Virtual Networks) • Integrate on-prem systems with cloud environments for hybrid connectivity • Implement cloud security policies, monitoring tools, and cost optimization strategiesServer & Directory Services • Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy management • Manage Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online • Ensure uptime, patching, and secure access controls across systemsSecurity & Compliance • Implement and manage Firewall rules, Endpoint Protection, DLP, and MDM • Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and policy enforcement • Collaborate with internal Audit & Compliance teams on IT governanceAutomation & Innovation • Use Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting to automate tasks and monitoring workflows • Apply APIs for integration between systems and dashboards • Continuously optimize performance and reduce repetitive administrative work????‍???? What We’re Looking ForExperience: • 5–10 years of solid experience in IT networking, cloud systems, and infrastructure administration • Proven track record supporting multi-site or cross-regional operations (UAE, KSA, India preferred)Technical Expertise: • Strong command over Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, Windows Server, and Linux systems • Deep knowledge of AWS / Azure environments and hybrid configurations • Hands-on experience with security tools, DLP, MDM, and endpoint controls • Familiar with scripting and automation to streamline IT processesEducation & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline • Certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP, Network+, MCSA, AWS SysOpsSoft Skills: • Analytical thinker with excellent troubleshooting ability • Strong communication and documentation skills • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently????
