Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines hands-on technical support with system maintenance responsibilities to ensure seamless IT operations across the organization.
Provide technical support to users experiencing IT-related issues – in person, over the phone, or remotely.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems quickly and efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and security of IT infrastructure.
Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of IT procedures and configurations.
Skills:
Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Knowledge of system maintenance and network management.
Familiarity with Windows ,revit, rhino, plugins and common enterprise software.
A degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
