Job Description:**Option:**
Assume responsibility for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of the organization’s hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This encompasses the installation and configuration of computer systems, applications, and network devices; the implementation and validation of data security protocols, backup solutions, and disaster recovery mechanisms; the provision of timely technical support to personnel and resolution of IT-related incidents; the management of user accounts, permissions, and system access controls; the continuous monitoring of system performance, coupled with the execution of enhancements to ensure network stability and operational efficiency; and the coordination with external vendors for services such as printer maintenance. Preferred experience with the Odoo ERP System is considered advantageous.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows , networking, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS) is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and business applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
