**Core Responsibilities:**

* Provided initial support and troubleshooting services.
* Managed daily incoming issues professionally via ticketing systems, email, and telephone communications.
* Monitored the implementation and modification processes of IT systems.
* Advised and trained users on appropriate procedures and system utilization.
* Responded promptly to IT service requests and incidents.
* Conducted daily follow-up with users to ensure optimal functionality of computer systems.
* Served as a primary liaison between users and relevant internal IT department teams.
* Installed, configured, troubleshooted, diagnosed, and resolved hardware and software issues across various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Android), computer applications, tablets, multifunction printers, cameras, VOIP IP phones, and networks.
* Demonstrated proficiency in remote access applications (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
* Possessed knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Mobile Device Management (MDM), antivirus software, backup solutions, maintenance procedures, and data recovery applications (e.g., Acronis, CloneZilla, Hiren’s Boot CD PE).
* Collaborated effectively within a team environment and shared knowledge with colleagues.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Technical Aspects:

•              Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or relevant degree.

•              2 to 4 years of experience in the IT Field.

•              Ability to handle daily issues related to IT Infrastructure.

•              Have good communication skills.

•              ITIL Foundation is a plus.

•              Basics Knowledge in A+, N+, CCNA, MCSA.

•              Basics Knowledge in FortiGate FW and AP.

•              Hands-on experience in Mobile Device Management Tools.

•              Knowledge of Linux Environment Especially “Ubuntu OS”. 

•              Ability to deal with “laptops, Tablets, Multifunction Printers, cameras, Email systems, VOIP IP Phones”. 

•              A good English Speaker is a must.
