**Responsibilities**
The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
* **Operational Responsibilities:**
* **Applications Implementation and Support:**
* Lead the complete implementation and enhancement of Zoho applications across all business functions.
* Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications.
* Design and optimize business workflows utilizing Zoho tools, ensuring scalability, usability, and adherence to compliance standards.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
* Drive process automation, system integration, and performance improvements through the use of Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and custom modules.
* Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to support informed decision-making by leadership.
* Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration processes, and change management initiatives.
* Provide expert-level support, training, and guidance to end users and junior analysts.
* Evaluate and prioritize business requests, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and IT governance policies.
* Maintain current knowledge of Zoho platform updates and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
* **Communication and Design:**
* Identify organizational needs for new applications.
* Prepare technical specifications to serve as a roadmap for software development.
* Implement, test, and integrate new applications into the existing systems.
* Perform routine system backups and upgrades to ensure data integrity and system stability.
* Install new operating systems and releases as required.
* Monitor, record, and respond to requests for technical support in a timely manner.
* Investigate and diagnose system faults and errors, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
* Resolve technical issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
* Analyze error trends to identify root causes and implement preventative measures to reduce downtime.
* Liaise with software suppliers to fulfill the organization’s technical requirements.
* Manage storage servers to ensure adequate capacity and optimal performance.
* Schedule and conduct regular tests to enhance the performance and reliability of current systems and applications.
* Identify and develop functionality changes to improve user experience and efficiency.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of key databases and linked applications.
* **Financial Responsibilities:**
* **Financial Analysis:**
* Track expenses, forecast costs, and ensure that spending aligns with established budget targets.
* Ensure that all financial applications comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
* **Team Management Responsibilities:**
* **Providing Feedback:**
* Ensure the team adheres to all applicable policies and procedures, and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team to promote a positive and productive work environment.
* **Customer Services Responsibilities:**
* **Performance Management:**
* Communicate with users as needed to provide support and guidance.
* Communicate messages regarding system issues to users promptly and effectively.
* Answer questions about application usage, troubleshoot problems, and provide training to users.
**Requirements**
**Qualifications:**
* **Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field.
* **Experience:**
* A minimum of three to five years of experience as a Business Analyst is required, with at least three years of hands-on experience implementing and managing Zoho applications.
* Demonstrated expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho People, and Zoho Creator.
* Advanced understanding of Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs for integration and customization purposes.
* Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
* Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills are essential.
* Ability to effectively balance technical knowledge with business strategy and operational needs.
* **Certificates:**
* Relevant professional certifications are desirable, with exposure to technologies such as Microsoft being advantageous.
Skills:
• Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Years of Experience:
– Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience Business Analyst, with at least 3 years hands-on experience implementing and managing Zoho applications.
Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Creator.
Advanced understanding of Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs for integration and customization.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
