We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Sales Team Leader to direct and enhance the performance of our expanding IT services sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership, coaching, and development of a team of sales professionals, ensuring the achievement and surpassing of established revenue objectives. This position requires a demonstrable history of success in sales leadership, a comprehensive understanding of the IT services landscape, and the capacity to cultivate and maintain robust client relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Team Leadership and Development:** Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Facilitate independent lead generation. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to optimize team performance. Monitor and evaluate team progress, delivering consistent feedback to promote continuous professional development.
* **Sales Strategy and Execution:** Drive lead generation initiatives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to foster business expansion within the IT services sector. Establish clear goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics for the sales team.
* **Client Relationship Management:** Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key clients and relevant stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing client concerns and ensuring their timely resolution. Guarantee client satisfaction through the delivery of customized IT solutions aligned with their specific business requirements.
* **Reporting and Analysis:** Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
* **Collaboration and Communication:** Work in close coordination with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of IT services to clients. Communicate market feedback and insights to product development and marketing teams. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.

Skills:

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
