We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to spearhead our expanding IT services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership, coaching, and motivation of a team of sales professionals, ensuring the achievement and surpassing of established revenue goals. This position necessitates a demonstrable history of success in sales leadership, a comprehensive understanding of IT services, and the capacity to cultivate robust client relationships.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

**Team Leadership and Development:**

* Oversee and direct a team of sales representatives to ensure the attainment of both individual and collective sales targets.
* Generate leads independently.
* Provide coaching, mentorship, and specialized training to optimize team performance and enhance professional development.
* Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering consistent feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.

**Sales Strategy and Execution:**

* Proactively generate leads.
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies designed to meet and exceed organizational objectives.
* Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, driving business expansion within the IT services sector.
* Establish clear and measurable goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics for the sales team.

**Client Relationship Management:**

* Establish and nurture enduring relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
* Guarantee client satisfaction through the delivery of customized IT solutions that effectively address their specific business requirements.

**Reporting and Analysis:**

* Monitor and meticulously track sales performance, generating regular reports for senior management review.
* Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to refine and optimize sales strategies.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with broader organizational objectives.

**Collaboration and Communication:**

* Work in close coordination with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of IT services to clients.
* Disseminate valuable market feedback and insights to product development and marketing teams.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.

Skills:

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
