We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to join our growing IT services company. The ideal candidate will lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of IT services, and the ability to foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Self Lead Generation.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance team performance.
- Monitor and evaluate team progress, providing regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Lead Generation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth in the IT services sector.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a point of escalation for client concerns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering tailored IT solutions that meet their business needs.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services to clients.
- Share market feedback and insights with product development and marketing teams.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and excellence within the sales team.
Skills:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
