We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team and assist in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent within the information technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles and responsibilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) and offline methods such as job fairs and networking events.
- Review and analyze resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further assessment.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and determine their fit for specific IT positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with current candidate information and recruitment activity.
- Proven work experience as an IT recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- A keen understanding of the IT industry and the specific skills required for various IT roles.
Salary: QAR 4,000.00 – QAR 4,500.00 per month
IT recruitment experience: 3 yrs minimum (Required)
