Our organization seeks a meticulous and proficient Project Manager to contribute to the expansion of our web design operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing website projects, delegating tasks to freelance professionals, maintaining client communication, and ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of all projects.

This position operates under a hybrid model, primarily remote with occasional on-site presence required.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee all phases of website design and development projects, from inception to completion.
* Delegate tasks to freelance personnel (e.g., designers, developers) and monitor progress.
* Elicit client requirements and translate them into actionable project specifications.
* Ensure adherence to project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
* Conduct thorough testing of websites prior to delivery, providing constructive feedback to the project team.
* Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status and milestones.
* Utilize project management tools, such as Trello or Notion, to effectively organize and track tasks.
* Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows to enhance efficiency and elevate the quality of deliverables.
