  1. Oversee the implementation of IT systems and applications that support business operations.
  2. Manage the company’s network and server infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability.
  3. Develop and maintain IT security protocols and procedures to protect the company’s data and systems.
  4. Manage the procurement of hardware, software, and IT services, ensuring the best value for the company.
  5. Provide technical support to all employees, ensuring the resolution of IT issues in a timely manner.
  6. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and developments and recommend their implementation in the company.
  7. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to optimize IT service performance.
  8. Train and assist end-users in understanding and navigating the performance dashboards.

  2. Conduct audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and areas requiring corrective actions.
