Job Description:**Responsibilities encompass the following key areas:**

**I. IT Infrastructure and Budget Administration:**

* Administer the annual budget allocated for IT infrastructure operations, encompassing systems, services, vendor relationships, and IT personnel expenditures.
* Direct the maintenance, design, development, and prioritization of analytical efforts pertaining to the entirety of the IT infrastructure, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), internet connectivity, security protocols, and wireless deployments.
* Continuously monitor and optimize network infrastructure performance and security through the recommendation and implementation of necessary adjustments and upgrades.

**II. IT Service Management and Advancement:**

* Architect and manage IT infrastructure services, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM-ERP, business intelligence platforms, and cloud-based solutions, while ensuring adherence to established security standards.
* Develop and implement technical initiatives to design, construct, and deploy cloud services in accordance with the directives of lead architects.
* Implement and configure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technologies across various cloud providers, including Azure, AWS, and Digital Ocean.
* Monitor system performance and capacity to ensure the sustained high availability and stability of IT services and infrastructure.

**III. Migration, Upgrades, and Business Continuity Planning:**

* Plan and execute migration, upgrade, and deployment activities, including the necessary integration of systems.
* Design and implement annual backup and disaster recovery (DR) plans, ensuring comprehensive documentation and alignment with overarching business continuity objectives.
* Manage project budgets, track timelines, and maintain effective communication with end users to ensure that business requirements are consistently met.

**IV. Team Leadership and Stakeholder Communication:**

* Supervise and lead the IT infrastructure team, ensuring the efficient execution of daily operational tasks and strategic projects.
* Coordinate with vendors, business partners, and internal IT teams to diagnose technical issues and provide effective and timely resolutions.
* Communicate IT architecture principles, technology advancements, and industry best practices to technical staff.

**V. Technical Support and Network Analysis:**

* Conduct site surveys to document, design, and upgrade network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, access points, hosted servers, firewalls, virtual private networks (VPNs), and related appliances.
* Manage automated information system software and applications, including monitoring, administration, and optimization of associated tools and interfaces.
