Job Title: IT Infrastructure Presales Engineer
Location: Cairo, Egypt

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Presales IT Infrastructure Engineer to support our sales team by designing technical solutions that meet client needs in servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their business and technical requirements, and presenting suitable infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients and the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
Design and propose end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions (including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and networking).
Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Collaborate with vendors (HPE, Dell, Cisco, VMware, Veeam, Microsoft, etc.) to provide accurate solutions and quotations.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including BoQs, compliance matrices, and solution architectures.
Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with accurate and competitive technical input.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure.
Provide handover and support to the delivery and post-sales teams.

Skills:
- Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure presales or technical consulting.
Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
Servers & Storage: HPE, Dell EMC, Lenovo
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
Backup Solutions: Veeam, Acronis, Veritas
Networking: Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba
Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS (is a plus)
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
Proficiency in preparing technical documents and proposals.
Vendor certifications (e.g., HPE ATP, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Veeam VMCE) are a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
