We Are Hiring – Senior Help Desk Engineer
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Type: Full-Time – (On-site / Hybrid)
Working Hours Sunday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Probation: 3 months
We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Engineer to join our growing technical support team at IT Park.

*Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Help Desk / Technical Support
Strong customer service & communication skills
V.Good English (spoken & written)
Certifications: MCSA & CCNA (required)
Experience with Windows Servers, Networking, Firewalls & AD
Problem-solving mindset & ability to work under pressure
Strong ethical standards, responsibility & teamwork spirit
*Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to company clients
Troubleshoot issues remotely & on-site
Manage tickets and incidents professionally
Configure & troubleshoot Windows & networks
Maintain high client satisfaction and service quality
