3–7 years of experience in IT support or help desk role.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Experience with Active Directory, printers, antivirus software, and remote support tools.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Preferably residing in or near Badr City.
