IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
2. Monitor and maintain network performance and security
3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
4. Provide technical support to end users
5. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and systems
6. Manage and maintain the company’s IT documentation and inventory
7. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role
3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
4. Experience with network management and security protocols
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
