**IT Channel Sales Manager – United Arab Emirates**
The primary responsibility of the IT Channel Sales Manager is to drive sales of Eaton’s electrical DPQ products within the United Arab Emirates. This role involves collaborating with targeted system integrators, IT resellers, and end-users, assuming comprehensive responsibility for customer relationship management and providing sales and technical support in close coordination with authorized channel partners, customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve growth and expansion of Eaton’s DPQ Electrical Products in the UAE, encompassing strategies for new product introductions, incremental growth in existing markets, and expansion into new markets.
* Create annual action plans to meet or exceed Eaton’s DPQ growth objectives within the UAE.
* Prepare accurate and timely quotations and sales analysis reports on a monthly and weekly basis to provide management with sales performance updates and forecasts.
* Provide regular reports on market feedback, sales performance, and identified challenges.
* Offer initial technical support to secure client design approvals, collaborating closely with technical stakeholders on ongoing projects and opportunities.
* Focus on demand creation and sales activities related to Eaton IT Channel Partners, ensuring effective engagement of system integrators and end-users.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with end-users, IT resellers, and system integrators to achieve the desired market position for Eaton’s product portfolio.
* Conduct presentations to demonstrate DPQ solutions to potential customers.
* Manage sell-in and sell-out activities with distributors to ensure effective and timely customer engagement.
* Provide management with insights and guidance regarding product requirements for target markets to maximize market share and promote sustainable growth.
* Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to provide customers and partners with comprehensive technical knowledge, ensuring optimal solution selection for their applications and supporting timely project awards on commercially reasonable terms.
* Collaborate internally with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials targeting IT resellers and system integrators.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration with other Eaton divisions to support and deliver cross-selling opportunities within the assigned territory.
**Qualifications:**
* Graduate Engineering Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Channel Sales.
* Strong knowledge of electrical product instrumentation.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in PC applications.
