Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on a Quality Assurance Job Description):**
“Oversee and execute comprehensive quality assurance activities throughout the production process to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. Responsibilities include: monitoring critical quality parameters; performing in-process testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods; analyzing production data and providing real-time feedback to operators; identifying and resolving process-related quality issues; collecting samples for laboratory analysis; maintaining detailed quality records; ensuring adherence to GMP, hygiene, and safety protocols; collaborating with the production team on process improvements; providing training on IPC standards; monitoring compliance with applicable codes and policies; and staying current on industry regulations and best practices.”
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, ideally within the FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills
