**Job Responsibilities:**

* Cultivate an inclusive and stimulating learning environment grounded in evidence-based pedagogical practices.
* Implement a challenging, relevant, and significant curriculum utilizing a transdisciplinary and conceptual framework.
* Establish and sustain authentic, respectful, and positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture that values social, cultural, and religious diversity.
* Differentiate curriculum content to address a spectrum of learning needs.
* Collaborate with the Inclusive Education, EAL teams, and the school counsellor to maximize student outcomes.
* Attend and contribute to scheduled meetings.
* Participate in the collaborative development and review of Individual Education Plans, as required.
* Maintain comprehensive planning documentation outlining specific learning objectives, differentiated activities, and assessment strategies.
* Monitor and document student progress systematically.
* Integrate technology, where appropriate, to enhance student learning outcomes.
* Maintain an organized and conducive classroom environment, encouraging student ownership and pride.
* Assume responsibility for all aspects of classroom management, proactively addressing the academic, social, and emotional needs of all students.
* Engage in professional dialogue and collaborative work with colleagues, sharing expertise while upholding confidentiality.
* Serve as an advocate for student wellbeing, promoting a culture of safeguarding and child protection, and reinforcing the school’s commitment to student safety.
* Maintain familiarity with Safeguarding reporting procedures and adhere to protocols in the event of a Child Protection issue.
* Engage in reflective practice to ensure an understanding of current research and best practices in education.
* Participate in Professional Learning and appraisal procedures for personal, professional, and career development.
* Contribute to the pastoral care, health, welfare, and behaviour management of all students, with a focus on those within the assigned class group.
* Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Principal.

**Qualifications:**

* A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area supplemented by a PGCE from a recognized University or College is required.
* A minimum of two to five years of relevant professional teaching experience is essential.
* Applicants must provide original copies of certificates and academic transcripts for verification purposes.
* Immediate availability (i.e., current residency in Riyadh with a valid, transferable Iqama) is advantageous.
