International Order Management Specialist – Dubai

As an International Order Management Specialist based in Dubai, you will play a key role in ensuring Stryker’s customers receive exceptional service through seamless order management, on-time delivery, and efficient operational support. Reporting to the International Customer Service Manager, you will coordinate orders, shipments, and documentation, support processes, and assist with tender submissions. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on customer satisfaction and business success.What You Will DoCoordinate customer orders, ensuring timely processing, confirmation, shipment, and accurate documentation.Audit and manage inventory, liaising with warehouses and 3PL partners to maintain stock availability and rotation.Provide client support, including managing returns, credits, repairs, and responding to customer inquiries.Support internal teams with operational and business support, including price checks, availability, reporting, and document preparation.Assist with tender preparation and submission by gathering required documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.Maintain customer and distributor records, including letters of authorization, agreements, and order history.Collaborate with Finance, RAQA, Purchasing, and Technical Service teams to ensure compliance and timely resolution of operational issues.Participate in projects and initiatives to improve customer service, processes, and operational efficiency.What You Will NeedRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience0-4 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or operational support within an international environmentExperience in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and reports in Power BIExcellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spokenStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to take ownership, work independently, and collaborate with diverse teamsPreferred:Knowledge of international trade and export documentationExperience in medical device or healthcare industryDiversity is important to us.
