We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communications Manger to manage internal communications for an exciting project in Saudi Arabia. Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills make a strong candidate, as well as experience in corporate communications and project management. ResponsibilitiesLead and champion the development of internal communications strategy and initiatives. Develop and execute innovative and engaging internal communications campaigns and projects. Plan, develop and oversee the development of all internal communications activities in consultation with Departmental Heads and other internal stakeholders. Collaborate across internal teams to generate new ideas and develop meaningful internal communications strategies. Create internal presentations and speeches. Develop coordinated schedules and plans for corporate communication initiatives. Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums. Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team, including copywriters and designers. Manage the delivery of events to help support the internal communications strategy. Manage a corporate communications officer and/or team.
