Job Description:**Option:** Conduct comprehensive internal audits across departments to evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance effectiveness; assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, recommending improvements; generate detailed audit reports presenting findings and actionable recommendations to management; monitor corrective action implementation and outstanding audit issue resolution; analyze financial and operational data to identify anomalies, inefficiencies, or potential fraudulent activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal control systems; contribute to the development and refinement of audit methodologies, procedures, and programs; support external auditors during annual audits by providing requisite documentation and explanations; conduct special investigations and ad hoc reviews as directed by management; maintain awareness of industry best practices, regulatory modifications, and emergent risks relevant to the food manufacturing sector.
