Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join F&B Service Team in Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role
Provide guests with a unique and outstanding dining experience, ensuring all interactions are friendly, attentive, and professional.
Warmly welcome and seat guests while delivering prompt, efficient, and personalized service throughout their visit.
Possess extensive knowledge of the menu, beverages, restaurant concepts, and promotions to confidently answer all guest queries.
Guide, recommend, and upsell food and beverage offerings to enhance the dining experience, boost sales, and encourage repeat visits.
Answer phone calls and assist with restaurant reservations, special requests, and event bookings using relevant F&B systems.
Consistently uphold high service standards, presentation, and hospitality to maximize guest satisfaction and loyalty.
About You
Skills:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
A student at a hospitality or business school, or a recent graduate.
Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel or any other luxury environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
Available to start in August.
