Job Description
Interior & Exterior Design company is seeking for the Designer and Clients Coordinator, native Arabic speaker with excellent communication and sales skills.
During your employment, you will be responsible to
– Handle clients communication, design brief meetings, discuss and negotiate the agreements, handle the project related tasks,
– Provide support in planning appointments, client meetings, conferences etc.
– Attend client meetings and keep minutes, brief your colleagues on the meeting outcome.
– Handle client phone calls and messages on WhatsApp or other social media.
– Handle confidential documents and information ensuring they remain secure and safe.
– Prepare quotations for the clients and be able to explain them to clarify to clients.
– Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
– Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Outstanding communication, sales and negotiation abilities
