Job Description:**الخيار الرسمي:**
“المساهمة في إدارة فريق التصميم والفنيين خلال عملية التصميم، بحسب توجيهات قائد الفريق. حضور اجتماعات الإحاطة مع العملاء بحضور مدير الحسابات. إعداد لوحات عرض الأفكار (Mood Boards) مفصلة للعملاء عند الطلب. الإشراف على اقتراحات خطط تأثيث المساحات وتوجيهها عند الطلب. حضور اجتماعات لمناقشة لوحات عرض الأفكار ومقترحات خطط التأثيث مع العملاء، مع إمكانية العمل على تصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد وصولاً إلى الانتهاء من المشروع. تولي تنسيق جميع جوانب المشروع. إنشاء أو الإشراف على جميع التعديلات المطلوبة من العملاء، مع تحمل مسؤولية إعداد العرض التقديمي النهائي للمشروع.”
Skills:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in a fast-paced or client-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed interior design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
- Solid understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current design trends, sustainability practices, and building codes.
- Willingness to work on-site (office-based) and attend client meetings as required.
