Job Description
- Review layouts and comparing with Bill of Quantities
- Study options from different suppliers and prepare comparison sheet
- Coordinate with operator to meet all requirements
- Prepare material submittal and aware about site documentation
- Review manufactures shop drawings
- Follow up with the site to get all the approval
- Coordinate with site and preparing logistic plan for installation
- Follow up regarding production process, and shipping process
- Supervise for FF&E installation at site and prepare inspection report
- Knowledgeable in procurement process/documentation

- Furniture and joinery fit-out designs
- Occasionally draw cad designs in 2D and 3D
