Integration Solution Analyst

Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.Objective:The IT Solution Analyst is responsible for developing, monitoring and managing the IT applications, infrastructure and services within ASMO. They ensure the smooth operation of systems, identify and resolve issues, and proactively monitor and optimize performance. Also, they develop and code application components using relevant programming languages.General Responsibilities:- The role holder will have knowledge of the rules, procedures and in some cases, the principles and practices within the IT Solutions discipline for the Integrated Solutions area. They will be tasked with selectively extracting, verifying, and compiling objective and measurable data. In some instances, they may determine the course of action based on established principles and modify existing processes and methods.- Review functional specification/technical design document- Review and manage all changes to the requirements through a formally defined change request procedure- Configure the application based on functional specification- Ensure that developed solutions are reviewed and formally documented- Monitor the performance and availability of IT systems, applications, and services.- Respond to alerts and incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with appropriate teams for timely resolution.- Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.- Manage and maintain monitoring tools and systems for proactive monitoring and alerting.- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.- Collaborate with IT teams to identify areas for improvement and optimization in system performance and availability.- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT service management best practices and standards.- Analyze integration requirements and design integration solutions that meet business needs.- Develop and maintain integration interfaces and workflows using integration platforms or custom development.- Conduct testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure data accuracy and system interoperability.- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather integration requirements and ensure data consistency and integrity.- Document integration specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.- Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and industry best practices.- Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities.- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.- Implement all relevant IT Solutions department’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.- Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.- Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.- Certifications in IT service management or IT infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., ITIL Foundation, SolarWinds Certified Professional) preferred.- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.- 5 years’ experience in the same Field.
