Department: Medical Insurance Underwriting Department
1) Issuance of Policies, Endorsements, Membership Cards, and all related Debit and Credit Notes for both Group & Individual Medical Insurance business
2) Preparing and Dispatching to clients all Policy related materials.
3) Business email writing and interacting with various customers & brokers.
4) Preparing all related Production reports including membership reports and billing reports.
5) Filing and archiving.
6) Stock control for membership and cards and marketing material.
7) Other tasks as delegated by Supervisor and Department Manager.
Qualifications & recommended Skills Needed:
1) Male Candidate
2) English language (Bilingual Arabic and English is recommended since we don’t have yet any Arabic speaker)
3) Microsoft office experience specially using Excel (preferably with a background in accounting)
4) BS qualifications (accounting or other) & experience in insurance in production (issuing policies and endorsements) will be a plus
